Scholarships

Merit scholarships are the lifeblood of any university worthy of its name. Your philanthropic support ensures that any student, regardless of means or background, who earns an offer of admission is able to accept it.  Contact development@ralston.ac to discuss how you can provide support to the most deserving students, and most promising talents, in the country today.

Faculty Support

Supporting teaching and mentoring is an investment in students, and in the deep thinking that lays behind all great cultural achievement. Contact development@ralston.ac to discuss faculty, endowed chairs, and the opportunity to invest in transformative teaching and research.

The Ralston Fund

Unrestricted gifts provide essential support that have an immediate impact. Your gift underwrites everything Ralston does and benefits every student. Gifts range from $25 to $25,000 and beyond. An annual gift of $2,500 places you in the Telemachean Circle of The Homeric Society.

Campus Infrastructure

Establishing a home for Ralston College in Savannah has been a strategic priority from the very beginning of this ambitious endeavor. Our practice and intention is to acquire properties in Savannah's National Historic Landmark District that reflect the culture and values of the College. In May of 2022, Ralston College purchased the Noble Hardee Mansion situated on Bull Street on Monterey Square, just yards from the fountain in Forsyth Park. This Italianate home, constructed in the 1860s, one of the city's most historically significant buildings,  is the last great unrestored home in the historic district of Savannah. Once revitalized, it will be both an icon and an anchor, providing a home for seminars, lectures, recitals, events, and more.  We welcome gifts of all sizes in support of this beautiful project, which is estimated at $15 million.

Endowment

Gifts toward the endowment are invested by the College, and the income earned on the principal is directed to a purpose designated by the donor. Endowment opportunities include support for academic programs, scholarships, professorships, or other areas designated by the donor and approved by the Board. The expectation is for the endowment to continue in perpetuity providing consistent support for future generations. A permanent endowment may be established with a minimum gift of $1,000,000.

Like all the great colleges and universities of the past, Ralston College has been founded—just as its continued growth will be enabled—by major gifts from benefactors with the vision, resources, and ambition to build anew. Founding Benefactors contribute $10,000,000 or more.
