Fr Nathan Carr serves as Warden of the College, providing executive leadership for the institution's strategic vision, organizational development, operations, and long-term growth. He also serves as Headmaster of The Academy, a classical Christian school in Oklahoma City, which he has stewarded over the past twenty-one years from two dozen students in a single building to more than one thousand students across three campuses today.

His early higher education was at Oklahoma Baptist University, where he was introduced to the humanities in a Western Civilization classroom. He continued his studies at the University of Central Oklahoma (BA Science) and Reformed Theological Seminary (MA Religion); he later completed post-graduate study at Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto. In addition to his leadership roles in education, Fr Carr is an ordained priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma and serves as Vicar and Priest-in-Charge of St John's Episcopal Church OKC, and Missioner for Strategic Development for the Diocese and Bishop.

He and his wife, Sarah, are the parents of six children and co-founded Commonplace Books OKC. Nathan is also the author of Festive School: Restoring Joy, Liturgy, and Celebration in Christian Education (2023, Classical Academic Press).
