John Napotnik began his career in special education with the Los Angeles Unified School District before moving into non-profit management, dedicating many years to YMCA associations across Los Angeles, Virginia, and Coastal Georgia. Most recently, he led large-scale transformations and product launches in pursuit of operational excellence at a FinTech organization serving the entertainment industry. John is drawn to Ralston College's mission of reviving higher education through truth, freedom, beauty, and fellowship, and is thrilled to return to his non-profit roots. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Virginia and earned his MBA at the top of his class at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. Originally from Southern California, Mr Napotnik and his family moved across the country in 2018, spending three years in Virginia before settling in their dream city of Savannah in 2021. John enjoys hiking, camping, and fishing with his wife and four children.
